i think it's all over guys. the media reports and the trading halt are all pointing towards administration.
the issue now is will afgha holders get the november payment, and what remains for afgha holders?
the banks have charges over all of afg's assets
what are the implications of that on the voluntary administration process?
can the banks just seize the assets and do a fire-sale?
imo that is what they will do if they are not willing to extend...if they were prepared to wait they would have just extended
i am not a lawyer but would appreciate if anyone can answer these questions
