If the company went into administration, there won't be a 'fire sale'. However, everything will be up for grabs. Will be a very long affair as administrators will squeeze every last drop of fees out of this thing. Look at how long the Ansett administration took.
Hard to say whether noteholders will get anything. Looking at the financials at 30 June 08, I'd say yes but fours months ago is a long time in this environment.
