Hi all,
Got a bit excited after Meltwater recently secured $175M of private equity funding from VCP (Vista Credit Partners).

Reading the notes - Meltwater Founder and CEO Jorn Lyseggen stated:
“We are excited about our partnership with Vista, which will allow us to further invest in our products, adding value for our current customers and setting us up for expanded organic growth.”
Doesn't look like they are interested in a bid for iSentia and they are hoping it will just die off over the long term.
Cision doens't look to be in a position either, fending off bids to make them private again.
I would have thought isentia would look attractive for them (if only for the increased revenue / customer base) and they would be in the best position to take advantage of synergies they could gain by consolidating technology platforms?
