Absolutely zero chance of Meltwater buying iSentia. They dont buy marketshare, they buy technology and back their product/sales to win marketshare. Cision have a lot on their plate right now, they just bought Trendkite and falcon so they have a lot of product integration work to do and have been angling for a sale to one of the marketing suite providers for a long time and isentia add no value there as that is also a technology play. Nobody else is really big enough or ambitious enough to warrant taking on isentia debt and infrastructure for declining revenues and the significant competitive challenges. ISentia is viewed as a legacy provider akin to BurellesLuce in the US and as such pretty much unsalable. This is a software market and isentia arent a software company and the board has shown no intent to change that.
