I am not so sure they are going to pay a dividend.
Debt levels may take precedence, again.
These words in their trading update ,29 th April, doesn't help sentiment.
"The market in which the Company operates has softened in the March quarter 2010. This is evidenced by the lower level of major road projects currently in progress, compared with the activity in recent years '
IMO announcing a dividend would be very good for share price
Just have to wait and see what management announce at full year
