There aren't too many of them around but if you are invested in them you pay 0% C.G.T on the SP or divvies.

A venture capital company called Advent has this PDF status, and MMR own around 50% of Advent. It's a very complex arrangement between a few listed companies and an unlisted one and i don't want to go into it here. Check out the PEP-11 or MMR, BPH, GBA thread's.
