    Moon; exactly !! And if the potential financer was that interested in the PDY, IP why not just buy the IP. Why would u give PDY a free 36% interest. Even if they paid PDY $10M they would be better off and so would PDY shareholders. None of it makes sense in my opinion and the danger here is that genuine proponents may be scared off
