i think the market has taken a wait and see attitude to cnp. the sp is going nowhere but down, and doesnt look like making investors any money for a while. at some point the sp will get too low and trigger a buy up...but when? i consider it already a buy, but it will get better.
something could come from left field, and catch all by surprise, causing a mad scramble. cnp is volatile, it is just dormant at present.
remember suitors are continually running the numbers on cnp. at what price will they pounce?
