If s decision has been taken i would guess it involves transporting WLP out of Kuantan only, quite possibly to a more remote area in Pahang, in line with the previous Malaysian govt's offer to allow pdf to be sited in Pahang. This way it removes the huge political issue that Fuzzy created in Kuantan which is her neck of the woods. helping her save face there. Also solves the potential looming issue with Japan. That's why Fuzzy thinks it is the best outcome for residents of Kuantan.
