“remove waste” does not explicitly rule out developing residue as commercial fertiliser and seeking licensing approvals, just removing the rest off site and presumably out of the area - or a possible PDF for other remaining waste. If it turns out this is what the Cabinet is currently considering then everyone can live with that. Sounds like the bottom line for Fuzzy to claim a perceived victory is no longer permitting permanent onsite storage. Seems to me a solution can be found that makes her happy in her old age without unduly inconveniencing Lynas, a small price to pay.
We wait for the final Cabinet decision. What Fuzzy just blurted out isn’t it.
