Hello Ausheds, look like uncertainty and hysteria is still alive and well.

Ausheds how do you think the formal response of the Government will be made because until that happens, there is a degree of uncertainty?

My two pennyworth, for what its worth, is that the Government will formally respond directly to Lynas informing them that they have considered the findings of the Review Committee and accept it's recommendations; but it would encourage LYC to find a solution to the waste disposal problems, inaccoordance with the Licencing Agreement, prior to Septermber 2019. This would keep the Japanese happy, demonstrate the Government is following the due process of Law, and demonstrate support for the Minister of Energy etc; it would also be a veiled threat. I would expect behind the Scenes they would want Yeo to work with Lynas positively so as to defuse the current situation.
