I for one will not vote in favour of the consolidation till Mc knob has left the room. I will also not vote in favour of the res 1&6.

After having a phone conversation with Paul Mc Furfy some time ago and his dismay and lack of respect towards small SH,
In reference to he doesn't have any major SH giving him grief with lack of information or updates on what is going on in our company. To me this was saying they where kept in the loop but Paul is to busy to inform the Share market of why deals are delayed,not completed or his lack of ability to make a sale.

Before you shoot me down go back through the anns,paid for reports etc. not one of his projects has come in on time if at all, The 240sss was 12 months late(Why) we have been making stock for over 12 months if you can take what he says in the reasons for the last 2 SPP's. of sunny wipes etc.
IMO Resolution 6 losses of 47 mill is His legacy to MDV it should not go off the books until he does.

From memory it was in the 2nd SPP that Paul stated cash flow would reduce or stay small until manufacturing started but sales of sunny wipes would offset this so why has he continued to spend 250k per month, we have 1 met 240sss looking at the financial report we have no other major stock holdings yet he states the money was to build stock???
MOO Paul has not lived up to his listed credentials so he should go or be removed ASAP.
