I think it's great news for QGC. It also backs up my earlier statements on price and gives an insight into why they wanted SGL.
QGC total JV revenue
Revenuues From 15.4 PJ is $28 million
Revenues from 22.1 PJis $40 million
This equals a gas price of $1.81 GJ
SGL get a gas price ofs $3.08 GJ
This means that if they sold into SGL's contract they would get:
15.4 PJ = $47.43 or 40% greater revenue
22.1 PJ = $68.07 or 40% greater revenue
Can QGC make money in this "Booming Resource" environment when people looking for QGC's alternative source of energy will only pay $1.81.
Maximum QGC share of revenues from contracts is $31.3 million for the next 10 years and right now they spend or invest in exploration development and appraisal $25 million a quarter.
Apart from this at 10 times expected revenue with a mkt cap of $300 million this pups fully valued.
Fact based responses appreciated but on not likely!
