Trading is all about edge and risk management. You should only be looking for trades where you have an edge and manage risk when you get in

So just because the SPI dropped 25 points doesn't mean there was a trade to be made. The market is always in motion to tempt you to get in. If you can limit the times you get in to when you have an edge then you can make money

Yes I totaly agree thats why I didnt make the trade it was more or less just a hypothetical test to answer the open scalp question that was asked .
