People go for walks with their dogs for just that purpose. Well, two-fold. Means their own gardens are kept clean and too bad for the street or the neighbourhood garden. Sad, but true.
From my top floor I can see dog owners glance furtively along the street and across my garden while stopping for their dog in front of my house to perform.
