Without knowing exactly how your super fund works, this is generally what should happen.

The booklet isn’t sent out until tomorrow. You have until the 15 September to do something. Tomorrow you should be able to download an individual form and it and the booklet will tell you what to do. Basically there will be a bpay number and you transfer the amount of money equal to the number of shares you want to buy. Sounds like 1,250 is your allocation, but it’s possible you can apply for more shares than your allocation - we will know tomorrow.

if you do want to apply for more, if this is allowed, then once again you just transfer the total amount to the bpay number. If it’s oversubscribed (highly unlikely in this case), then you get refunded the money for the difference between the number of shares you get and the money you have transferred.
