However, it seems that the management missed the opportunity to explain the benefits of their strategy after refusal of the DRD takeover bid. The chart indicates there is not much interest in this stock right now. In fact, downside risk is very limited and there is a certain chance that the management comes up with any surprise. At least the CEO of both MLI and DRD meet up regularely for WWI board meetings, so maybe there is a chance for a second bid.
