Dog poo dream fades

Moreland City Council had announced plans to DNA test dog poo.

The idea was to ping lazy dog owners who didn't pick up after their animals.



I had planned to apply for the job as dog poo picker.

I'm retired and a new job would have boosted my social contacts.
A council career would help in personal satisfaction.

Sadly the council has decided not to proceed.

I even had the slogan organised
"It may be tish to you
but it's our bread and butter".
