Dog that killed Canberra woman was 'her best friend', but known to be dangerous

Whilst it is tragic that this dog killed this woman, I hope she did not produce any children, as the gene pool, is already
too full of people who do not have the sense to see what "Unsighted Frederick" could have clearly perceived according to the story in today's Age.
It was sticking out like Tan Boots on a Pallbearer, or the proverbial Dog's Bolllocks, what was in store for both her and the dog.

It was mentioned she was afraid of the dog, kept it inside, for obvious reasons, and had no idea that an animal already with a history of attack, now probably dominant and stir crazy, was like having a cocked and loaded shotgun held by an ice addict
    pointed at her for months.
    Only one possible outcome.
