If your portfolio is down on this one (i.e. like mine) - there is no problem in holding medium term. We just have to see past our own noses with MLS.
They are sitting on a great mine and are "likely" to resolve this law-suit IMO. They also have a great balance sheet - take a look at it.
There is of course an element of risk... Just thought I'd let people in on my own thoughts.
