what you have written is all good sense.
I hope for the sake of the Telstra shareholders; that the Board now realises the good sense of what you have written.
I think that they do now realise the importance of looking after the customers; and full credit to Thodey for this.
Telstra has the potential to be a great business in all respects; and within 2 years this unloved "ugly duckling" might be a beautiful swan.
