Mate.....to me all stocks are dogs untill they make you money.....TLS is still a great company...if this is a dog then this dog will make me money. It is all a matter of what price we get in and what time frame and how big our position is.... TLS has reminded me of QBE.....everyone was selling at low 16s and that was only a few weeks ago and now QBE was doing ok. TLS will come back....when hmmmm no one knows.....and if or when profit taking happens in DOW ....TLS may be the one people park their capital...hey better than 6.5% return on your cash in the bank. Chart wise it looks 2.74 was the major support.
