Spells it out nicely, for me, as when personal replys from above come freely it, to me, indicates genuine interest in the company and its situation. Rob Fyfe the CEO of Air NZ is a cracker at it and will reply promptly to staff as well, Air NZ voted best air line 2-3 time running, from a dog. SVL could be the next best stock and I will still hold
