MCO only hold 3.3 million shares and they're the largest holder... and there's only 136 million shares on issue.
Anyway, Charles reckons the people who particpated in the capital raising early 2010 are ready to jump back in. I think DV01 and Teddie were involved in marketing those shares, so they should have a good idea whether there is interest in this stock.
