Been looking at the top 20 and whoever is selling is likely to have almost sold all their holdings as the no1 holder only holds 4 million shares and then morning star with 3 million. I suspect that the company is waiting till they have sold to make the resource announcement as if it is good the shares would then bounce a lot higher.
