What a dog of a company to pull another stunt like this on Xmas eve! It just beggars belief...more dilution and to who? And what's the money for? Who knows? Disgraceful year for mnm and the directors ate treating its share holderslike garbage.. Why not go to existing sh for cap raising? Fakesharks dying to buy more! And don't be fooled by directors taking shares in lieu of wages I've seen that trick before...I'd much rather they start making some money and take wages like normal directors and stop diluting the company...
