re: ignore eps forecasts eps is pretty useless in companies that revalue assets ...
I remember certain businesses in the 80's that just revalued assets ... bondy ....

so if its predominately a revaluation entry ... I get nervous ... but if more contracts for advertising are made etc (Yep I get annoyed when I have advertising when I'm just taking a leak) then the cash flow is the most important sector of this land bank (sorry company)

who else other than MBL could have know of CEO stepping down ... and had the forsight to sell $100 mill ... stinks of insider ... especisally if they pick up more shares in the divi reinvestment that will happen soon
