re: ignore eps forecasts Yes Bondy. Bondy was plucking figures from the air and why would he not when the banks were falling over themselves to lend to him. The banks knew that you and I would repay all the debt in fees and charges.

The revaluations are actuarially done and like land valuATIONS are linked to actual sale prices.
So far all roads and and airports have realised more than the revaluation.
