    You think you've got it bad, I traded in SIR for this AND ICG :'-(

    However, I am still holding onto some MNE - it serves as a reminder for me NOT to ignore my trading plan (there were at least 3 volume-aided heavy falls from its latest peak to warn me to get out but I held on grimly)

    At least with MNE, there was time to get out (ICG, on the other hand...shaking my head)
