Can anyone decipher the substantial shareholders notices lodged by Steptoe and Son, the hapless Krauts and the even more hapless Redbank following the dismal rights issue. Am I missing something here as they do not seem to make any sense. Steptoe seems to be indicating that he has been diluted but apears to have taken up some rights but cannot bring himself to adnit so, Redbank cannot seem to count and the Krauts seem to think there has been a consolidation. After the rogering they are copping from Steptoe I am hardly surprised that they are a bit confused. Mind you confusion and being baffled by BS is a common thread to anthing Steptoe & Son are involved in.
