Two new signs up. No sausages though, but big article in the local Border Mail last Thursday which I haven't read but was told by others. A number of people now complaining that the area where they have had their dogs offleash for a long time should not be an area that they have to have leads on their dogs.(which is the norm for Albury area, ... dogs only allowed to be off lead where signs indicate so.)
If a few people had not been selfish with their dogs and attitude, this may not have been brought on. Then again, with the signs up now, if anyone is attacked by someone's dog, the onus will be wholly and soley on the dog owner and not possibly be on the Council.
.... down there this afternoon, ... no fish, but still dogs off leash.
