I have proved that dogs can read. A dog across the canal from me was repeatedly barking so I wrote the dog a letter addressed to The Barking dog with its street address. I set out in the letter the action I would take to council regarding the barking. I signed it "the upset Neighbour"
The dog must have read it because it doesn't bark much these days.
