Whilst your dog may be your best friend it seems the punitive government's action may be worse than a dog bite:

    Excerpt:

Hundreds of Queenslanders lose their driver's licences after failing to pay dog registration.

Perhaps someone can explain the correlation between dog ownership and a driver's licence - particularly as a lot of people take their dogs for walks that in general may not need one to drive.

Perhaps purchase a 'self driving' car - perhaps such does not need a passenger to have a driver's licence. The QLD govt can then send any fine to the car's self driver facility. what.png

Will this result in a rollout nation wide so as to lose one's ability to drive simply because they did not pay a local, state or even federal government infringement notice of any sort?? rolleyes.png

A financially strapped government's desperate way to recoup their own wayward spending - for a start: should they all be sent 'fine' notices for budget overrun projects wasting and using public funds and an automatic driver's licence cancellation?? rolleyes.png

Perhaps then more time for them to walk to work and at the same time exercising their own dogs - just make sure to pick up after your dog's nature call - lest another fine be issued or else progressively lose clothing items - starting with that shirt or blouse. what.png AIMO
