Mate, I don't hold stock but that is the most ridiculous statement only an arm chair critic could have made in a comfortable position with a beer in one hand.

All transactions ie mergers & takeovers even production ramp up, happens when the underlying commodity is strong. How else can you justify it?

Some will argue those with cash looking for a good asset will reap the rewards with a contrarian view. At the end of the day it is still a gamble despite convincing oneself/company that good research was done like due dilligence. Alternately go find a fortune teller/future mind readers.

But no doubt more unfolding problems for the board if the POG keeps sliding to the recent lows. :)
