Might be my fourth fish in Oz - if I know it is from somewhere with no heavy metals or mercury, flathead is my first choice, and sea perch my second. Maybe because I have been able to eat those as very fresh fish. Salmon is my third, but mainly because I buy the smoked stuff - not really a fan of the orange died stuff ;-).
The best fish I have ever had was Pacu in central Brazil. Ate it every day, and missed it when I left. If anybody wants to farm that - please let me know how to place an order.
I'm sure everybody is keen to discuss their favourite fish ;-)
