meerkat, I hold a fair lump of the QRSOA oppies and I think that the recent placement to raise A$5,000,000 plus the announcement to award options to the key scientists has caused some of the drop in enthusiasm for QRS. Having siad that, I think that the investment in the companies prime assets, i.e. the scientifific staff is a prudent move. As for the technology being aged, it would appear to me that QRS has a world wide patent on the technology that they are using.

This technology can detect something like 2,000 different substances very rapidly and at something like 98% accuracy. As far as I'm aware no other company can get anywhere near this technogy at the price.

It not only detects explosives but also all known types of illicit drugs including those used for germ dispersal as through the mail.

I just don't know why the downward trend has been present in this exciting company.
