Target price for this run 125-130 imo
Tap has a tendency to run hard when it does. The key is its brken out of a longish term downtrend and the uptrend will not be a week or two phenomenon.
TAP is clearly undervalued and I believe the core undervaluation will dissappear if oil continues to climb and drilling approaches. Upcoming news/drilling will support the Technicals
Oilers generally do very well when they are nearing drilling
