Going on your share price logic analysis, NDO is 3.3 cents and BHP is 35.00. Only 34.967 for NDO to catch up. NDO must be doing really badly. Or perhaps BHP is $34.967 overvalued?
Use market caps when comparing different companies. making comparisons just using share prices is not the intelligent thing to do.
