I would say that it is 'Mr Margin Lender' who is the one who is not impressed and is cashing out the foolish investors who leveraged up on OEL to punt on Duhat.
You can't tell me that NDO and OEL, which pretty much only have Galoc as their main investment, can go different ways on the same day.
