Agree Boomer:
a) Risk is greatly minimised post capital raising
b) the yield is better than the bank and unlikely to be cut further for now
c) capital upside over time / possibly accelerated by merger activity
Thats pretty much how a LPT should be... the sector isn't known for its 'boldness' !
