Feeny, I know this is a well worn cliche' amongst all of us - but this is without a doubt a takeover proposition in 2009. One you check the registry and the dealings in the last calendar hald of 2009, she would look very ripe to a predator (who is perhaps even already on the books).
The whole REIT sector demands merges and acquisitions atm. SGP is one good example :)
Need patience with this one and throw in any yield to compound atm.
