My view at this time is that is all upside from here - unless there is something I haven't heard or thought of or understood?
Could you please elaborate as to what do you see as the fundamental downside risks?
My reading right now is that they are all fully priced in and then some - particularly valuing the BNB JV @ $0, 20-30%+ reduction in asset value etc etc.
