I don't know why everyone thinks this stock has special assets.
It is lumbered with tourism assets that it can't sell and must be worth a lot less than what they are holding them at. Tourism is a basketcase.
Other property trusts with good assets are trading at a bigger discount to GPT's net asset value and have much higher yields that are just as safe as GPTs.
As I said take SGP out of the picture and GPT will be 70 cents or less. SGP could drop out any day now.
