I think there must be some professionals who read Hot Copper who can advise what happens in situations where independent valuations far exceed the independent directors'offer acceptance. It's probably on the shareholder education forum where we could get some insights from someone who is knowledgeable. Keeping it on the BRM thread is unlikely to draw out this expertise.
