Hi Dis
Bit lazy to find it but Carnegie maintains it expects to be as cost effective as wind once in production which is the chepest form of remewable energy.
I love the company and the concept,I believe that the production cots will be amongst the chepest in the renewable energy market.
Cernegie will indeeed get the grants , the costs will come down and it will be a substantial player in the renewables field.
Short term,my concern is the value of these pioneer shares are not sustainable. There is a lot of money to be found, grants come with strings, what will be the dilution, Investec? REH, outstanding options.
Six months ago a capital raising at 12.5 c.
Two months ago a capital raising at 22 cents.
REH issued shares at 5c.
How can this be sustained? How long before the sophisticated investors jump as their register position shrinks?
I have reduced my holding so as not to be so exposed over the mext month
