No, but you seem to be one of just four people (you and 3 thumbs up) who think this and obviously (suddenly) dont understand ASX announcements.
Of your 44 announcements:
27 are price sensitive - determined by ASX - and illegal not to announce these.
11 are standard compulsory announcements - 3B or directors interest etc.
That leaves 6 in which Nuheara decided to announce something to its shareholders - over 7 months.
You think that's questionable?
