CTO has been recommended by Steve Saville (Speculative Investor Report) as a buy at 9.5 cents. His only other aussie recommendation at this stage is Redback (RBK). He is or was a Resolute fan a while back but has sold and not re-entered but has stated he is watching that company closely to buy back in. He offers a one month free trial subscription to his newsletter. I have found him very informative and extremely accurate as far as the overall market picture is concerned.
