For your post to be correct, you are defining a “high income earner” as someone earning less than $50.000 pa.
Over this amount the personal tax rate is in excess of 30% - the company tax rate.
In other words, for anybody earning over $50.000 pa, even fully franked dividend will create a tax liability.
Suggest both you and GP change your tax accountants as if you are earning over $50.000 all those luvly franked dividends are going to come home to roost!
