Highly unlikely there would be direct communication and wouldn't be necessary but you know it's all "inner circle" (circle jerk ?), ideology, contacts and "nudge nudge wink wink you know what to do". There doesn't need to be "direct communication" between fascist thugs and Trump they see him as their leader due to his politics, and the "inner circle" know what is needed. But Trump does send obvious signals to fascists like "stand by" and "good people on both sides" .
