Actually in real terms Dendreons problems are of its own making and nothing to do with PRR. The issue is the impact on sentiment towards biotechs,

Stocks ultimately will be judged on their own merits and I believe that will start to occur with PRR. Prima Biomed has not made the same mistakes as Dendreon yet and as per the Nomura report may have better potential. The wash on effect from Dendreon to other biotechs can imo only go so far and in time may in fact better other biotechs prospects as the market looks to find better managed biotech companies with very promising products under development.

On wash on effects, say there are two companies in the same industry, one is performing poorly and the other is very successful, how ludicrous would it be to punish the successful one to the same extent as the other. IMO The market will realise the difference and each stock will find its own level based on its own merits. Of course some investors may initially react in an exaggerated way that can cause a temporary oversell of the stock. One persons panic sell could turn into another persons buy opportunity. Thats the way I look at this issue and of course thats just my opinion and may not turn out correct . IMO Dendreon has already impacted PRR unjustifiably and hopefully it wont do any more damage to PRR and other biotechs.
